Questions about 2nd Set of Coupon Books
Dear Springfield Oaks Owners: New coupon books were mailed due to a coding error in the original books. Those who use the coupons should discard the first book and use only the white coupons. Those using online banking need only change the mailing address from the Sequoia main office in Chantilly to Sequoia Management Co, P.O. Box 18003, Ashburn, VA 20146. Those who are signed up for direct debit are not affected. The error was caused by the coupon book printing company and they are paying the full expense for replacements and mailing costs. Some checks that were mailed at the end of December or early January have not yet arrived at the P.O. Box due to this coding error. Sequoia is working with the post office in identifying these and some have already been returned to Sequoia and have been processed. Please do not send another check for January.
